- TEE TIME BOOKING PROCEDURE
- Tee times are available on a first come, first serve basis via League Portal
- Click on “Tuesday Tee Times”
- Select your name from the drop-down list and choose an open tee time to reserve a spot.
- Additionally, each member may sign up one additional member.
- Tee Times will be reserved 1-week in advance.
- League Portal will open each Tuesday at 12:00pm.
- League Portal will close each Sunday at 11:59pm.
- Once the League Portal closes for that week, you will call the Golf Shop to cancel bookings.
- Tee times are available on a first come, first serve basis via League Portal

- DIVISIONS – GROSS, NET, and SuperNET
- You Will Compete Against Your Division Only!
- You will select (1) one division (and only one) division for the season:
- GROSS Division – Open to all members
- Gross Only; No Net play
- All course handicaps are set to 0 in GROSS Division.
- NET Division – Maximum Course Handicap is 4
- Your course handicap will not exceed 4 in NET Division.
- Net Only; No Gross Play
- SuperNET Division – Minimum Course Handicap is 4
- Your course handicap must be 4 or greater to play in SuperNET.
- Net Only; No Gross Play
- Which Division is For Me?
- Take your GHIN handicap index and use the attached 9-hole course handicap chart to find course handicap.
- Example: If your course handicap is 16 your 9-hole course handicap will be 8.
- Can I play in Net if my course handicap is 6? Yes, but you must play as a 4.
- Can I play in SuperNET if my course handicap is 3? No.
- Can I play in Gross if my course handicap is a 4? Yes, but you must play as a 0.
- Can I compete in NET and GROSS? No, you must select one division for the season.
- Can I change divisions at some point? Yes, but your season points will reset at that point.
- When do I pick a division? We will talk with each one of you on the first tee before you participate in your first week of competition.
- GROSS Division – Open to all members
- Your payout will be based on the pot in your division.
- As an example: If the GROSS Division has 30 people per week, and the NET division has 60 – the payouts for the NET division will be based on 60 people, and the payouts for the GROSS Division will be based on 30 people.
- All Championships will be Division based.
- GROSS Division: Gross Club, Match Play, Season Points Champion
- NET Division: Net Club, Match Play, Season Points Champion
- SuperNET Division: SuperNET Match Play, Season Points Champion
- Season Points Race
- Season points are earned on a weekly basis per your division.
- Points are awarded in a similar manner to the FEDEX Cup used on the PGA Tour.
- Season Points Gross, Net, and SuperNET Champions will be determined on September 19th.
- Weekly Formats
- Individual Stroke Play – per Division
- KP’s on 2-holes per week
- Book-end Birdies ($50 for Gross Birdies on Holes 1 and 9)
- Hole-in-One ($100)
- Payouts for Book-end Birdies and Hole-in-One's are via check. All other winnings are paid out via Credit Book (Merchandise Credit Only)
- DIVISIONS – GROSS, NET, and SuperNET
- WEEKLY SCORECARDS
- All scorecards will be completed via the Golf Genius mobile app only.
- A Golf Genius ID (GGID) for each foursome will be provided each week
- Scores are final upon completion of the round.
- It is the player’s responsibility to confirm accurate scoring with the official scorekeeper for the group. No adjustments will be made after scores are completed.
- All league results will be posted to the League Portal
- All scorecards will be completed via the Golf Genius mobile app only.
- HANDICAPS – Net and SuperNet Divisions
- League handicaps at Interbay will be calculated by using your course handicap from the attached course handicap chart.
- GHIN Handicaps: “you just need to play and post scores from a total of 54 holes, made up of any combination of 9 or 18-hole rounds, and you will have a Handicap Index the very next day!”
- Members in the Net or SuperNet Divisions without a GHIN Handicap will have to play at a 0 index until Handicap Index is established
- All league rounds will be posted by the golf shop through Golf Genius. Please do not post your league rounds.
- STAND-BY/WAITLIST, NO SHOWS & LATE CANCELLATION POLICY
- Stand-by/Waitlist players will be added on a first come, first served basis, however, we cannot guarantee a tee time without a prior reservation.
- League participation is extremely high and tee times are very competitive.
- We must assess fines for players who no show or cancel last minute. Players have until 2 hours prior to their scheduled tee time to cancel without penalty. The funds collected from these fines will go towards league sponsored events. The breakdown is as follows:
- 1st offense - Warning
- 2nd offense - $10 of Payouts Withheld
- 3rd offense - $20 of Payouts Withheld
- 4th offense - $30 of Payouts Withheld & 2-week Suspension

- Pre-Season: 3 weeks (March 12th, 19th, 26th) - Fun Gross Formats – PM Tee Times Only
- Week 1: 3 Clubs, Week 2: 2 Cups – No Flags, Week 3: 9 golf + 18 Holes Mini Golf - Aggregate Score
- Points Season: 23 weeks (April 2nd – September 17th)
- Major Weeks: Extra Points Awarded
- IGC Masters - April 9th
- IGC PGA – May 14th
- IGC US Open – June 11th
- IGC Open Championship – July 16th
- Match Play: One Bracket Per Division (Gross, Net, Super Net) – Date TBD
- Single Elimination - Gross Only – Per each Division
- Club Championship: Qualification - Minimum of 5 rounds of League Play
- August 5th & 6th: 2-day event, 9-holes per day, Aggregate Score
- Please note August 5th is a Monday.
- Championships will be competed per Division (Gross, Net)
- No Points Weeks: April 25th (Aerification)
- Fall Fun Season (September 26th – October 8th)
